Apprezzo molto l’impostazione di questo tema che vede in primo luogo la responsabilità che oguno ha nei confronti della relazione capo collaboratore. Basta attendersi che il capo gestisca i collaboratori e questi ultimi non debbano far altro che attendersi di essere gestiti e motivati da altri. Mi sembra un importante passo in avanti infatti tutti abbiamo un capo compresi i massimi livelli di direzone delle organizzazioni che nella vecchia impostazione è deresponsabilizzante per tutti. I quadri si attendono qualcosa dai dirigenti, i dirigenti dall’amministratore delegato, questo ultimo deve fare i conti con il consiglio d’amministrazione, il consiglio si misura con l’assemblea degli azionisti etc.

Hi, I found this post while searching for help with fixing Microsoft Silverlight. I’ve recently switched browsers from Opera to IE. After the change I seem to have a problem with loading sites that use Microsoft Silverlight. Every time I browse page that requires Microsoft Silverlight, my computer crashes and I get a “npctrl.dll” error. I can’t seem to find out how to fix the problem. Any aid getting Microsoft Silverlight to function is greatly appreciated! Thanks
